Each session runs for approximately 60 to 75 minutes. The first portion of each session covers the planned educational content, including research presentations, case studies, and practical exercises. The final segment is reserved for interactive discussion, where participants can ask questions and share their own experiences with pet-assisted physical activity. We design the sessions to be focused and efficient, respecting your time while delivering substantial educational value. Breaks are not typically needed given the session length, but participants are welcome to step away briefly if needed.
